Boyfriend Girlfriend was one of the first songs to be recorded in Adriaan’s former houseboat, sometime in 2006. It was the first song the Good-Looking Intellectuals recorded with drum samples from the 808 and a children’s casio keyboard. Retro-to-the-petro.
